Casual Rates (minimum 2 night stay)

 Standard: $275 per night
Standard weekend: $325 per night
 Off peak: $250 per night
 Off peak weekend: $300 per night

Weekly Rates

December  and January (minimum 1 week stay): $4,200 – $4,700
February to May; September to November: $2,000
June to August: $1,800

A $200 per booking cleaning charge applies. 

Higher rates apply for long weekends and public holidays. Please contact us for details. 

Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, and full payment one month in advance to secure your holiday. As we are not a large hotel, these payments are non-refundable if, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking. Payment can be made by electronic funds transfer or cheque payable to Nicky Solomon.
